Answers before you book.
Do you actually come to my workplace?
Yes. Driveway, apartment carpark, office carpark, roadside. As long as we have safe space to work and the parking allows it, the van comes to you. Plenty of customers book the service during their work day and pick the car up on their lunch break, finished.
How long does a service take?
A minor service is usually 60 to 90 minutes. A full logbook or major service runs around 2 hours. Brakes and batteries are typically under an hour. We'll give you a clear time window when you book.
Do you provide a warranty on the work?
Yes. All parts and labour are covered by a 12 month warranty (final terms confirmed at booking).
What if you find more issues during the service?
We stop, show you what we found, explain whether it's urgent or can wait, and quote it before any extra work starts. No surprise charges on the invoice. If it's beyond what we can finish on site, we'll let you know up front.
How do I pay?
Card, EFTPOS, bank transfer or cash once the work is complete and you're happy with it. You'll get an itemised invoice straight to your inbox.
Are you qualified and insured?
Yes. Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, currently licensed in Victoria, with public liability insurance. License and insurance details available on request.
